The main process difference between them is the order of screen printing and tempering and the way of tempering. The ceramic ink is printed on the glass, which is fused with the glass after instantaneous baking at a high temperature of 680-720℃ and instantaneous cooling for physical reinforcement, realizing a very strong adhesion and durability of the color on the glass, which can withstand years of sunlight and have a certain degree of resistance to atmospheric corrosion.
