Resistive touch screen:
Resistive touch screens are sensors that are basically made of thin film and glass. The adjacent side of the film and the glass is coated with ITO layer, which has good conductivity and transparency. When touched, ITO's bottom film will touch the top ITO glass and send it to the processor through a conversion circuit that will convert the X and Y values of the screen through calculation, and the click operation will be completed and presented on the screen.
Capacitive Touch screen：
Capacitive touch screen is a special conductive metal transparent layer on the glass surface. When the finger touches the metal layer, the capacitance of the contact changes, causing the frequency of the oscillator connected to it to change. By measuring the change of frequency, the position of the contact can be determined and the information can be obtained. Since capacitance varies with temperature, humidity, or ground conditions, its stability and operability can be affected.
